Professional Fees & Billing Methods

At PCA Company Services, our commitment to providing exceptional services goes hand in hand with transparent and fair fee practices. We understand that clear and predictable fee structures are essential for fostering trust and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

In this section, we outline our fee arrangements and billing practices, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of how our services are priced. Our approach is designed to be flexible, accommodating, and tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that you receive the highest level of support and representation without any surprises along the way.

At all times, we prioritize open communication and encourage clients to discuss any fee-related questions or concerns. Our goal is to work collaboratively, ensuring that you are well-informed about the costs associated with your company administration and/or legal matters, enabling you to make informed decisions throughout the process.

Rest assured that our fees are a reflection of the expertise and dedication our legal team brings to each case. We remain committed to providing quality service, delivering favorable outcomes, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Our code of ethics and conduct can be consulted below:

Our professional Consultants and Lawyers can bill their clients using various fee structures, each of which is related to the skills of the lawyers and the quality of their advice. Some common billing methods include:

  • Hourly Billing: the client is charged based on the number of hours spent on the case. The hourly rate varies depending on the lawyer’s experience, expertise, and the complexity of the matter.
  • Flat Fee: PCA will set a fixed fee for handling a specific service or case, regardless of the time or effort required. This method is often used for routine or straightforward matters.
  • Contingency Fee: In certain cases, especially crisis management with the authorities, personal injury or civil litigation, the lawyer’s fee is a percentage of the amount awarded to the client if the case is successful. If there is no win, the lawyer does not receive payment.
  • Retainer Fee, Subscription or Membership Model: The client pays an upfront amount, known as a retainer, to secure the consultants services. The lawyer bills against this retainer as work is performed, and the client may need to replenish it as it is depleted.
  • Blended Billing: This approach combines different fee structures, such as using hourly rates for certain tasks and flat fees for others, to provide a more flexible and cost-effective arrangement.

Regardless of the billing method used, our professional fee is a reflection of our skills, experience, and the quality of their advice. Clients should expect that they are paying for corporate and legal expertise, dedicated representation, and the pursuit of their best interests in every aspect of their case. Transparent communication between the lawyer and the client is crucial to ensure both parties understand the fee arrangement and are satisfied with the value provided.

FOR PCA ATTORNEYS

Dear Bao I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the incredible work of miss Ngoc. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Miss Ngoc on a project of the loan return that made her to work outside of regular working hours and well into the night. Despite the long hours and demanding nature of this, Miss Ngoc remained dedicated and determined to see it through to completion. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and demonstrated a level of commitment and professionalism that truly impressed me. Miss Ngoc showed an exceptional work ethic, and it did not go unnoticed. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Ngoc's hard work and dedication. She is an asset to your team, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you for having such an amazing team, and please extend my thanks to Miss Ngoc for all her hard work. Best regards,

Dear Bao, Long time no speak, I hope my message finds you well. With the process of my TRC renewal now completed, I wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge and thank you & your team for the stellar guidance & support provided. Stellar, indeed. No less. Although my case was riddled with legal setbacks - putting your team to the test repeatedly throughout the process - they simply never wavered… even when they had good reasons to. It was particularly gratifying to see them all constantly exhibit such resolve and dedication to help as best as they could. This makes me appreciate all the more the higher standards that PCA brings to the servicing of its clients and tells an inspiring story about your company’s values. Ms. Truc, Ms. Vy & Mr. Tung, I commend you all for your time, patience, efforts, ingenuity and for always making it a priority to help me, no matter the adversity. And, dear Bao, I congratulate you for instilling such passion & inspiration towards their work into your team and those around. Thank you for all that you did, and keep up the excellent work.
